Will it actually look real, or obviously AI-generated?
Every walkthrough is built from the real photos of your real listing — not a generic template or stock footage. We reconstruct the depth and geometry of the actual room you photographed, then choreograph a camera move through it. Take a look at the before/after examples above to judge for yourself.
Are my photos good enough? I only have phone photos.
Yes — phone photos work fine. We reconstruct depth and camera movement from whatever you've already got, no professional camera or reshoot required. More/better photos generally mean a more complete result, but there's no minimum equipment bar to clear.
How long does it take?
Single walkthroughs and 5-Packs are delivered within 24–48 hours of your order. The free trial snippet may take a little longer since it's queued behind paid orders.
Do I need to sign up for a subscription or contract?
No. Every tier is pay-as-you-go — buy a single walkthrough or a 5-pack whenever you need one, with no recurring commitment. The only exception is the Custom tier, which is priced separately for brokerages ordering at real volume.
What formats do I actually get?
Every walkthrough is delivered in horizontal (16:9), ready to drop straight into your MLS listing or website. Want vertical (9:16) for Reels, TikTok, or Stories? Add the Social Clips Pack — 5–8 standalone vertical (9:16) clips, one per room, instead of cropping the horizontal cut yourself.
What's the Social Clips Pack?
It's a separate add-on ($75, or $50/video in a 5-Pack): rather than only the horizontal (16:9) walkthrough, you get 5–8 standalone vertical (9:16) clips — one per room or feature (kitchen, pool, primary bedroom, etc.) — each cut individually so you can post them separately across Reels, TikTok, and Stories over time instead of sharing one long walkthrough.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
If your first draft doesn't look right, just email us what's off within 7 days of delivery (include the listing and your order details) and we'll revise it once at no extra charge — you won't be left with something you can't use.
Why not just use an AI app myself instead?
You can — there are self-serve tools that generate a video automatically with no one reviewing it. Laevis is different on purpose: every walkthrough is checked by a real person before it's delivered, so the hallucinated objects, warped geometry, and motion glitches that AI video tools can produce get caught and fixed before you ever see them, not after you've posted them.
